Set Up Your Shoot

Headshots for your team typically take place at your location but can be anywhere of your choosing. For those who may not have an office space or location of choice, my studio in the West Bottoms is available for use. There is a $300 flat fee with a per person price that goes down with larger groups.

FLAT FEE OF $300

• 1-3 People: $500 Minimum
• 4-9 People: $99/person
• 10-19 People: $90/person
• 20-25 People: $86/person

How Our Process Works

1. Book the session through email or a phone call
2. Consultation call
3. Take a few minutes for me to fully understand your needs to tailor the session and final images for your company
   
4. The Shoot!
5. I arrive 45 minutes prior to our scheduled time to set up my mobile studio equipment and be prepared for the first person.
6. Depending on your needs each person will take between 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Using my software each photo is automatically named for the person in the photo
8. Live image review allows for each person to be happy with their headshot before walking away
9. After The Session
10. If you need retouching, the images will be delivered within 2 weeks. Without retouching, image delivery is nearly instantaneous.
11. All images are delivered with full usage rights and names attached to each file to each person’s individual gallery. Greatly cutting down on the headache you would experience having to organize and deliver them yourself.
