Easily one of the favorite aspects for participants of a headshot event! Within minutes of stepping away from the camera each person will get a personalized, individual gallery with their images. All file naming and hosting is taken care of by us. No work for you!

Each participant will work with us to select their favorite image/s before walking away. This ensures they pick their favorite photos to be delivered to themselves and to your company. These can also be retouched for an additional fee.

Really make this the best headshot they have ever had by adding basic retouching. Each photo delivered will go through basic retouching to spiff things up. Things like whitened teeth, wrinkle reduction, and blemish removal are included.

If there is someone who would like a personal touch and more extensive retouching to make it magazine quality then we can absolutely get that done. This includes things like glasses glare removal, background switching/removal, fixing clothing and facial features.

For high-profile people you really want to cater to or participants who have a specific need, we can set up a special calendar where they can pick a certain to get their headshot done. Giving them a highly efficient and personalized experience.

To really make this a luxury experience, we can set up a hair and makeup prep station. We will have a hair and makeup person there to do quick touch-ups and ensure everyone is really looking their best!

We design and create custom signs with your branding to help guide people through the experience and increase the visibility of your business. Plus, it just gives the whole experience a much more polished and premium look.

This includes a large screen where we show the best photos we capture during the event interspersed with your ads.

This is going to give you the basics PLUS file management, instant delivery through individual galleries, and the ability for everyone to choose photos for basic retouching. As a company you will have access to all galleries and the contact list of all participants.
